COVID-19 Policies

We want to assure our clients that we are taking precautions to prevent the spread of illness at Highline Veterinary Hospital. Here are the actions we’re taking:

1) Exam Appointments with a Veterinarian: Please stay in your car and call us to check-in. After you have been checked in, a staff member will escort you and your pet into an exam room. We only allow ONE CLIENT PER PET in the building. Face masks are required to be worn at ALL TIMES.

2) All other appointments and medication pick-ups are performed curbside. Please stay in your car and call us to check-in! (Examples: technician appointments for blood draws, vaccine boosters, surgery admit, discharges, and medication pick up)

(Please Note: Normal feces is solid logs {think tootsie roll candy} that are not too hard and easy to pick up. Anything else is not normal though your pet may have a different type of bowel movement that is all you’ve seen from them.)
